Items that are sent back for return must be received within 30 days of purchase. Which allows plenty of time to receive - try - and return the item. Items that are over 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns that are returned for reasons other then being defective. If an item is defective or damaged from transit it will be exchanged.
Power supplies can be returned but will have the standard 15% restocking fee.
If you require signature confirmation, there will be a $2.00 additional fee for the service. Please contact before paying so I can send an updated invoice.
